Refund & Returns Policy

We ensure that the products we sell are free from defects and are the same as described online. We hope you love your U Sohot purchase, but if you change your mind, we offer easy, hassle-free returns. You can place a new order for the item you want and request a return within 30 days of receiving the original item.

We accept returns on all products purchased at U Sohot, except for the items listed below. Please remember to keep your invoice or proof of purchase when returning items.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
    This item is unused and in its original condition.
  • This item is in its original packaging and is unworn. We can only accept returns on “Gift Sets” if all original components and packaging are in original, unused condition.
  • When returning items, all items (including gift boxes) must be protected in secure packaging.

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Final Sale Items: All final sale items purchased during the sale period are final sale items.
  • We do not provide refunds or credit notes on final sale items unless the product is defective. Final sale items will be marked “Sale” on the product page.
  • Gift cards and coupons

※Please note: All returned items will be subject to inspection and quality assurance checks upon return, and U Sohot will have the right to determine whether they are eligible for a refund based on the conditions above.

1. Submit your return through our returns portal.

2. Enter your order details.

3. Select the items you wish to return by ticking the relevant boxes. Confirm the reason for return for each item.

4. Read our return policy and confirm your agreement.

5. Items must be packed in a bag or secure packaging, please be sure to include a completed return form with your order number and details.

6. Please deliver the package to the post office.

7. Our team will conduct inspection and approval within 7-10 working days after receiving your returned goods. After confirming that the refund conditions are met, we will refund you within 3-5 working days.

※It is your responsibility to ensure the goods arrive at our warehouse as we cannot be held responsible until the goods are received. Please include a completed return form with your package, including your name, address, and order number to avoid delays in processing your return.

If you receive an item purchased on the website that you believe is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and provide 2 – 3 clear pictures, your order number, and a detailed description. We will contact you via email within 1-3 business days with next steps. If you have not heard from us within this time, please check your spam/junk folder.

We do not accept exchanges, including sizes, please choose the size that suits you according to the size chart we provide before placing an order. If you have any questions about an item or order, please contact us.

For all orders, unless the product is deemed defective, the shipping costs incurred by us in sending the item will be refunded and will be deducted from your original total. The shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer. Additionally, international duties and sales taxes are not refundable.
